Returns Policy

I really hope you are happy with your purchase! All products have been handmade with lots of love and care. If, for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email me at info@kookymoon.co.uk along with any photographs of the product within 14 days of receiving the purchase. If your parcel has been damaged in transit then please contact me and send a photograph within 48 hours of the delivery.

Due to the hand crafted nature of wax melts, the colour and appearance can vary from the product image. Frosting is also something that can occur - it is a natural occurrence that happens when the wax is trying to return to its normal state. It does not affect the performance of the wax in any way. Therefore, on these occassions stated, I operate a no-return policy. Fragrance is a very personal thing and I'm afraid I also cannot accept a return on the basis that it is not to your taste.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings.

If you believe you are eligible for a return for a reason not described above then please do get in touch. If your request is justified then items must be sent back unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Postage costs may be incurred depending on the reason for return.
