Shipping Policy

I aim to process orders on the same day that they are placed. After processing, items will then be shipped using the option that you selected at checkout. On occassion, I will need to replenish the stock of wax melts. The wax will need 48 hours to cure before posting out so in the event of this happening I will contact you via email to let you know.

I offer 4 different shipping options using Royal Mail:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - delivery in 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays
Royal Mail 1st Class - delivery in 1-2 working days including Saturdays
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (tracked) - 2-3 working days including Saturdays
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (tracked) - 1-2 working days including Saturdays

Please be aware that if you choose not to use a tracked service, you will not be able to follow the location of your order.
If choosing a tracked service, you will be given a tracking number via email.
